Once you’re ready, pay the registration fee and complete the registration form to confirm your place.

You’re officially part of UKVS! Meet your Tribe Lead and begin your exciting learning journey with us.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many students are in each class?

We take a maximum of 10 students per class. This means the classes are large enough to give students a classroom experience but small enough for brilliant relationships to form between teachers and students

What happens after I pay the registration fee?

After you pay the non-refundable registration fee, we will invoice with the subjects you have chosen. The invoice will typically be due within 14 days (or a week before the start of term, whichever comes first). Your places will be reserved for this time period. If you fail to make payment, you place your subject options at risk.

In the event the class is full, we can place you on a waiting list if you choose, OR refund you the registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable if we are able to provide places in all the subjects you have requested in your initial enrolment

We offer 50% off for siblings in the same class

What are the Payment Terms?

1. Packages – Full payment is due in advance. Your fee is non-refundable if you decide to leave part-way through the year. Your contract terminates with us at the end of the academic year. The inclusions as part of your package can not be exchanged for other products and services within UKVS if you decide to not utilise the entire package

2. Monthly options – If you add additional subjects beyond those included in your package, these can be paid monthly or annually. If paid annually, you receive a 15% discount (Discount will be applicable until November enrolment only

Please note, access to resources ceases upon termination of your contract. This includes all video recordings provided as part of your enrolment. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information

What are the Invoice due dates?

Your invoice is due within 30 days of your registration fee OR 7 days before the start of classes, whichever comes first.For monthly invoicing, the due date is the 4th Monday of the month for the payment of the upcoming month.

For example, Octobers payment is due by the 4th Monday of September.
