Once you’re done, you’ll be able to schedule an Open Day with Syd, where we’ll walk you through everything and answer your questions.

You’ve explored the options and understood how UKVS can support your child’s education now it’s time to choose the right learning package and officially secure their enrollment.

Once confirmed, our team will guide you through the final onboarding process and ensure everything is set for your child’s smooth start with UKVS

Frequently Asked Questions

How many students are in each class?

We take a maximum of 10 students per class. This means the classes are large enough to give students a classroom experience but small enough for brilliant relationships to form between teachers and students

What happens after I pay the registration fee?

After you pay the non-refundable registration fee, we will invoice you for the subjects you have chosen. The invoice will typically be due within 14 days (or one week before the start of term, whichever comes first). Your places will be reserved during this period. If payment is not received by the due date, your subject choices may be at risk.

If a class is full, we can place you on a waiting list if you choose, or refund your registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable if we are able to provide places in all the subjects requested in your initial enrolment.

Do you offer Sibling Discounts?

We offer 25% off for siblings in the same class

What are the Payment Terms?

1. Packages – Full payment is due in advance. Your fee is non-refundable if you decide to leave part-way through the academic year. Your contract with us ends at the end of the academic year. The inclusions within your package cannot be exchanged for other UKVS products or services if you choose not to use the full package.

2. Monthly options – If you add additional subjects beyond those included in your package, these can be paid for monthly or annually. If paid annually, you will receive a 15% discount. This discount applies to enrolments made up to the end of November only.

Please note that access to resources ends when your contract terminates. This includes all video recordings provided as part of your enrolment.

What are the Invoice due dates?

Your invoice is due within 30 days of paying your registration fee or seven days before the start of classes, whichever comes first.

For monthly payments, invoices are due on the fourth Monday of the month for the following month.
For example, October’s payment is due by the fourth Monday of September.
